Management Profile

In accordance with the duties and permits of the Company's Board of Commissioners and Directors as regulated in the Company's Articles of Association, the Board of Commissioners is tasked with supervising management policies, directing general management of both the Company and the Company's business carried out by the Board of Directors, as well as providing advice to the Board of Directors including supervision of implementation. The Company's Long Term Plan, the Company's Work Plan and Budget as well as the provisions of the Articles of Association and GMS Resolutions, as well as applicable laws and regulations, the interests of the Company and in accordance with the Company's aims and objectives.
